1. Sign In to the YouTube account.
2. Click on the profile picture and click 'My Channel'.
3. Select Playlist to Edit:
1. Click 'VIDEO MANAGER'
2. Click 'Playlists'
3. Click 'Edit' beside the Playlist.
4. Hover the mouse cursor over the left end of the video bar (mouse cursor will appear as cross arrows).
5. Click, hold, drag and drop to desired location.
The Video Order has been changed. Continue Reordering as needed.
