1. To transfer data/files from one Google Drive to another, the data/files need to be downloaded from the first Google Drive:

2. Right click on the newly downloaded Zip file and select "Extract all..."

3. Logout of the original Google Account.

4. Go to https://drive.google.com/ and login for the other Google Account.

5. Open or create a folder.

6. Drag the files into the Google Drive folder to upload them.
