Add a New Article or Edit an Existing Article.
Click Add Article or Article Manager for add or find article.

Find the Site URL of desired link.
Open site in a new tab or window. Copy the URL (http:// ....).

In the Article, highlight the text or image to be linked.
Click and drag to highlight.

Click the chainlink buttton
This button is not active if no text is highlighted. A pop-up window will appear.

Paste the copied URL into the link field
Set target is an option but not required. If leaving the site, chose open in new window.

Click Insert. Save your article.
It is a good policy to check the public view of the website to make sure your article is displayed as you intended.
